SMOOVE Prep Chain Cleaner (250ml)

Smoove Prep is a citrus-based chain and drivetrain cleaner designed to effortlessly clean your chain and drivetrain. Smoove Prep works best when removing Smoove Universal Chain Lube.

Directions for a chain cleaning device:

Fill your chain cleaning device with around 25ml of Smoove Prep in order to reach the bottom of the brush wheels. The amount needed for one application of Smoove Prep is indicated on the side of the bottle. For best results, we suggest using our recommended amount when using Smoove Prep with your chain cleaning device.

Clip the chain cleaner around the chain as per instructions. Rotate your crank backwards until the visible chain lube is dissolved and make sure that you tilt the chain device slightly so that the brush rollers can collect the remaining cleaning solution. After removing the device use the remaining Smoove Prep to clean the cassette and chain rings.

Rinse your components and cleaning device after use with a hose.

Directions for manual cleaning:

Pour 25ml of Smoove Prep in a small container. Dip a suitable brush in the Smoove Prep and scrub the chain and drivetrain until all visible chain lube has been dissolved.

Rinse the chain and drivetrain with sufficient clean water using a hose.
