CAN I FIND ALL PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE IN YOUR PHYSICAL STORE?

We do not stock all bikes, cycling gear, and other products featured on the website in our store. If we don’t have stock of something you want, ask us to order it for you. Please email us at online@bike-addict.co.za or call us on 022 482 2974 to confirm stock.

I WANT SOMETHING THAT I COULDN'T FIND ON THE BIKE ADDICT WEBSITE. CAN YOU ORDER IT FOR ME?

If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website, please email us at online@bike-addict.co.za or call us on 022 482 2974 and we will source it for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND OFFER REFUNDS?

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase, and we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. If the product you’re returning was a special order, you will be liable for additional handling and shipping costs.

CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING I BOUGHT AT BIKE ADDICT?

We only exchange products that are damaged or defective. If you think a product is defective, please call us on 022 482 2974 with the details of the product and the specific defect(s).

CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS AT BIKE ADDICT?

We’ve partnered with Yonda Bike Finance, Renewed Gear Bicycle Finance, Bicycle Finance SA, and Rola Bicycle Finance to make it possible for you to spread the cost of purchases worth R10,000 or more across a series of more affordable payments. PayFast and Pay Just Now are also available as Payment Solutions.

DOES BIKE ADDICT HAVE AN APP?

Yes, we have an app for Android and iOS devices to make it easier for you to browse and shop bikes and other products with us. The app also offers exclusive deals not available on the website or in store.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE BIKE IS THE RIGHT ONE FOR ME?

Use the Bike Addict Size Guide to find the right size bike for you. The guide includes sizing charts and helpful information. If you need any further assistance, please contact us and a sales person will gladly help you.

HOW DO I ASSEMBLE MY NEW BIKE?

DOES BIKE ADDICT OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers for use in store and on our website and app. Gift vouchers are available in denominations of R200, R300, R400, R500, R1,000, R1,500, and R2,000. Please contact us for any specific amount you need.

CAN I TRADE IN OR SELL MY OLD BICYCLE THROUGH BIKE ADDICT?

We accept used bicycles in good condition as trade-ins. We’re also happy to purchase pre-owned bikes that are in good condition.

CAN BIKE ADDICT HELP ME TO MAKE MY BIKE MORE COMFORTABLE?

We offer a Bike Fit/Set-Up service. Our fitment expert, will assess your posture, flexibility, and muscle alignment, as well as your current riding style and injury history, before performing a movement and biomechanical analysis of riding position, adjusting and aligning the cleats, checking pedal stroke efficiency, and making other necessary adjustments.
