The classic external-bearing BB tool

The Park Tool BBT-9 Bottom Bracket Tool is a long-handled wrench for 16-notch external bearing bottom bracket cups. The other end fits the 8-point crank arm adjusting cap on Shimano Hollowtech II cranks.

Compatibility

  • 16-notch cups with 44–45 mm outside diameter
  • Shimano Hollowtech II (BB80, BB5700, XT BB70, BB51 and earlier)
